The Wehrmacht army flag-bearer`s gorget featured a shield shape and the image of the eagle over the Wehrmacht crossed flags. The chain to the gorget consisted of 21 oval links featuring alternating patterns of oak leaves and an eagle, the central link differed with a round shape. Made by different manufacturers gorgets featured some differences in comparison. The flag-bearer`s armband was identical in design and featured the individual color of each unit of the armed forces.
